Today the company is a manufacturer of the strongest and most reliable dry shotcrete machines worldwide with over 60 years history. They are compact, with a simplified design, and with a very long service life.

The dry shotcrete machines REED ensure steady material flow, smooth placement and hydration of the sprayed mixes. Output adjusting allows proper mix dosing without interrupting the work process and without reduction in the quality of the application.

The pneumatic dry shotcrete machines of REED are produced in two series:

  LOVA (Large Open Vertical-Feed Air Powered)—models
  LOVA 8/LOVA 16/LOHE

  • Main applications—building and repair of tunnels, bridges, dam walls, pools and spa facilities, slope stabilization, high performance refractory spraying.
  • Output—1.5 – 9.2 m³/h.
  • Propulsion—5 hp air motor (LOVA 16) and 9 hp (LOVA 16), directly rotating a gear drive; 5 hp electric motor (LOHE), directly rotating a gear drive.

  SOVA (Small Open Vertical-Feed Air Powered)—models SOVA/SOVE

  • Main application—repair works, fine, detailed artistic-type works, rockscaping, refractory spraying.
  • Output—1.5 – 6.9 m³/h.
  • Propulsion—5 hp air motor (SOVA), directly rotating a gear drive; 3 hp electric motor (SOVE), directly rotating a gear drive.

The LOVA and SOVA machines are configured according to the application, the expected output, and the grain size of the used mixes, without this making a difference in the price of the chosen model.
